Ingredients:
1 cup All-purpose flour
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon powdered sweetfern (dry the sweetfern and blitz into a powder in a food processor)
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), room temperature
Instructions:
In a food processor, mix the flour, salt, and sweetfern.
Add in the sugar, vanilla, and butter and mix.
Roll the dough into a log about 2 inches in diameter.
Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap twisting each end tightly. Refrigerate for two hours.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice the log into 1/3 inch discs. Bake for 12-13 minutes, until the edges turn slightly golden brown.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet and then transfer to a cooling rack.
Cool to room temperature and enjoy!
